How much does a visit cost?

We are a cash-based practice and are considered out-of-network with all insurance providers. This means we do not bill insurance directly for most visits, and payment is due at the time of service. 
Our transparent cash rates are designed to be fair and straightforward.

Initial Adult (18+) Visits are $130.00 
- Adult Follow-up Visits are $80.00
Initial Teen (13-17) Visits are $90.00
- Teen Follow-up Visits are $55.00
Initial Child (Birth - 12) Visits are $60.00
- Child Follow-ups Visits are $40.00

Do you take insurance?

We are out of network with ALL insurance companies. and as such, it is our policy that we do not direct bill for visits and  payment is due at time of service. You must contact your insurance provider and verify your coverage for out-of-network chiropractic care for personal reimbursement.  We are happy to give you invoices and / or statements.

How does billing work at FSP?

Insurance
FSP Wellness is an "Out of Network" office with ALL insurance companies, and as such, it is our policy that payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, and all major credit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) / FSA (Flex Spending Account) cards (if your plan allows).

We do no direct bill insurance for visits. You MUST contact your insurance provider directly to verify your coverage for "Out of Network" chiropractic care. We are happy to give you invoices / statements for you to submit to your insurance for personal reimbursement.

Question 4

Do you take auto accident cases?

Accepted Answer

As a courtesy to established patients with personal injury, auto accident, or other third-party liability claims, we may provide direct billing at a higher rate structure that reflects the administrative and legal complexities involved in these cases. These rates differ from our standard cash prices.
